Stay up to date on aquaculture applications
After the Department has received a completed application for the grant or variation of an aquaculture licence on non-freehold land or waters, the application is reviewed by the Aquaculture Management Directorate and consultation processes follow.
Comments are sought from internal staff, the public, industry and other stakeholders.

Recent Decisions
Following consultation, and with consideration to 
specific assessment criteria, the applicant’s Management and Environmental Monitoring Plan and licence conditions, advice is provided to the decision making body in a Statement of Decision.
