Terms and conditions

Security measures

All applicants undergo an identity check as part of the registration process. This must be done in person at a Department of Fisheries office.

Once registration is approved, you will be issued with a user identification and a temporary password. You will be required to change the password the first time you log in to Fish Eye Online Services.

As an additional security measure, registered users will have limited access to services until they have been nominated to an online user role. These roles will determine the level of services and information that can be accessed. The online user roles can only be assigned and authorised through the nomination process by the business licence/certificate holder.

The CatchER mobile application requires you to log in with your Fish Eye Online Services user identification and password, and is further protected by a PIN code that you will need to create.
