The following licences are necessary for all commercial fishing activities in Western Australia.
Registration for Fish Eye Online Services and nomination of online user roles can only be made by downloading and completing forms ET-1 and ET-2 from the list below. Online applications are not currently available. For more information, visit Fish Eye.

Application for the Removal or Variation of a Notation of a Security Interest on the Register
(used by the authorisation holder to remove or vary a security interest notation on the Register.)

Application for the Grant of a Commercial Fishing Licence
(Used by the applicant to apply for a commercial fishing licence to work as a deckhand or skipper on a commercial fishing boat.)

Application for the Transfer of an Authorisation
(used by the authorisation holder to transfer a licence or licence package.)
T2
Application for the Transfer of Part of an Entitlement
(used by the authorisation holder to permanently transfer entitlements such as units of quota or units of gear ie. pots.)
T3
Application for the Temporary Transfer of Part of an Entitlement
(used by the authorisation holder to temporarily transfer entitlements such as units of quota or gear ie. pots.)

Application for a Permit to Construct, Establish or Modify a Fish Processing Place
(used by the applicant to apply for a permit to construct, establish or modify a fish processing place on land or at sea, prior to a Fish Processors Licence being applied for and granted.)

(used by the applicant to apply for a Fish Processor's Licence to process fish.)

(used by the authorisation holder to vary the details of the authorisation such as a boat replacement, condition amendment, change of nominated diver.)

Application for the Variation of an Authorisation where it is intended that another authorisation is also to be varied at the same time
(used by the authorisation holder to increase or reduce units of entitlement under a West Coast Rock Lobster Managed Fishery zone A or B managed fishery licence.)

Application For The Release Of Information
(used by the applicant to apply for catch/operational history or entitlement use information held by the Department relating to an authorisation.)

Notification of Intent to Become a Registered Receiver of Rock Lobster - West Coast Rock Lobster Managed Fishery
(used by the applicant to register with the Department of Fisheries as a receiver of rock lobster caught within the West Coast Rock Lobster Managed Fishery.)
