Cucumber Mayonaise Sauce

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise 1 tablespoon of chopped peeled cucumber 1 teaspoon of sour cream 1 stuffed olive chopped finely 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Method:
Place all ingredients in bowl and mix together. Add cream last.
Serve next to cooked fish.
