Sauce
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise 1
teaspoon tomato paste or tomato sauce 1 teaspoon of
white vinegar drops of tobasco sauce (optional) salt
and pepper (to taste) 1 teaspoon of mild mustard 1
teaspoon of thickened cream
Method:
Place all ingredients in bowl
and mix together. Add cream last.
Serve next to cooked fish.
