Testing if it's cooked

Three ways to test if fish is cooked:

  1. Insert a fork into the fleshiest part of the fish. The fish will flake away if it is cooked.
  2. The flesh loses its translucence and becomes opaque when cooked.
  3. A milky curd appears on white fish when cooked.
