Fish
wrapped in foil
Ingredients:
1
sheet of foil cut to size 2-3 slices of lemon 1 fish
fillet salt and pepper (to taste)
Method:
Place foil on a table, position lemon slices
in the centre of the foil and then place the fish
fillet on the lemon.
Season fish as required, then fold foil over to seal.
Place on a barbecue or in a hot frying pan for 5-7
minutes, depending on the size of the fish fillet.
