Fish
Ingredients:

Chinese steaming basket or other steamer
1 fish fillet or fish steak Herbs (to taste)
Oil or butter
Method:
Fish can be steamed in a Chinese steaming
basket or other type of steamer.
Put the fish on a plate in the steamer or on bok choy
leaves or other edible leaves. Add a combination of
herbs, oil or butter and steam the fish.
