Fish
Ingredients:

oven-proof dish fish stock, milk or water 1 fish fillet
or fish steak salt and pepper (to taste)
Method:
Whole
fish, fillets or fish steaks are suitable for baking.
Place the fish in an oven-proof dish and pour in some
liquid such as fish stock, milk or water to half cover
the fish. Add flavourings. Cover with foil and bake
in a pre-heated oven, (180 º C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from the liquid. Use the liquid in a sauce.
