Grilled Fish

Ingredients:
1 fish fillet or small portion 50 gm of plain flour salt and pepper (to taste) 1 egg 50 mI milk vegetable oil for cooking

Method:
Put the plain flour, salt and pepper together in a sieve and shake together onto a tray. Place fish in flour and coat both sides. Whisk egg and milk together in a small bowl. Place flour coated fish into the egg wash, then place onto a barbecue plate coated with oil or a frying pan for 2-3 minutes. Turn and cook fish through. Cooking time will vary, depending on the thickness of the fish and the temperature of the cooking surface.
